RICE therapy??

having heard the news that one of my friend is suspected to suffer from some kind of unknown sports injury (since i'm not being able to see him directly), finally, i've got an idea what to write...

well, basically there are many kinds of sports injuries; to name just a few; sprains, strains, cuts and bruises, bone fractures and breaks, blisters, head injuries and tendonitis.. but most of it share common causes that are; not warming up properly before a vigorous activity, pushing too hard beyond one's fitness level and using inadequate equipments..

Satu Petikan Ceramah Tafsir Al-Quran Ustaz Zahazan di IKIM

Jadi doktor untuk redha Allah

Sidang pendengar sekalian,

Earth Hour 2010

We should adopt any or even all of it in our daily practise any of the following:

Walk, cycle, carpool or use public transport to pledge your support for Earth Hour.
Use
re-usable shopping bags instead of paper or plastic.
Reuse items like envelopes, folders and paper clips.
Use e-mail instead of paper correspondence for internal communication. If required, set up a bulletin board for memos instead of sending a copy to each employee.
Make it a habit to turn off the lights when you’re leaving any room for 15 minutes or more.
Make it a habit to turn off your computer and the power plug when you leave for the day.
Make it a habit to copy or print on both sides for documents or drafts. Avoid colour printing whenever possible.
Shut off all the lights when you leave the office at the end of the day.
Brighten up your cubicle with plants, which provide vital oxygen through photosynthesis.
Wake up
five minutes earlier every morning and put that time to use for a green project or thought.
Learn
how to compose and re-use organic waste instead of throwing it in the garbage.
Shorten your showers to five minutes or less and you will save thousands of gallons every month.
Do not throw insecticides and other harmful chemicals in the drain.

Extra Motivation

Picture Of You lyrics
Didn't they say that I would make a mistake
Didn't they say you were gonna be trouble
People told me you were too much to take
I could see it, I didn't wanna know
I let you in and you let me down
You pushed me up and you turned my whole life around
I could feel that I had no where to go
I was alone, how was I too know that..
You'll be there, when I needed somebody
You'll be there, the only one who can help me

Juz a sharing

Well!! Many of my juniors and even my neighbourhood asked me how i study. I think this is the right time to share with you guyz.

Actually, I've been devising my strategy since I'm form 4. At that time, my mind was lingering around the notion to excel in debate and of course study. But I want to spend more time debating and do things I'd like to do before I ended my school life.

End of introduction.

Why I Want to Be a Doctor?

Many people look back in time to find the moment of their initial inspiration. Some people have wanted to be a doctor so long they do not even know what originally inspired them. To incorporate this theme, look back to the material you gathered in the last chapter, specifically in response to “The Chronological Method,” “Note Major Influences,” and “Identify Your Goals.” Ask yourself these questions: How old was I when I first wanted to become a doctor? Was there a defining moment? Was there ever any ambivalence? Was I inspired by a specific person? What kind of doctor do I want to be and how does that tie into my motivation?

Here are a few of the common ways that students incorporate this theme:
